H4 Hotel Leipzig

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for a short business trip. The room was fashionable and new-fashioned with picture. Location: the hotel was close to a large shopping centre and adjacent tram stop, a big shopping mall and the garden. Outstanding dishes served at the non-smoking restaurant.

Good-sized room with amazing bed and safe for safety measures. Breakfast with good coffee. Efficient check-in, parking outside.

More variety in toiletries needed!!! Wi-Fi connection spotty!!! The bathrooms had unpleasant odors and cleanliness is questionable upon arrival. Investing in effective room temperature control would really elevate the stay!!!

It is very convenient to our family, has good facilities, clean and well run, excellent parking, excellent access from Autobahn.

shower was broken and bathroom wasn`t clean enough ventilator in the bathrooom was full of dirt apart from that it was ok

The hotel is very good rooms are very good ,

there are smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms so you can smell smoke very strong every where we have A young baby I it is very bad.. it totally let this hotel down..also no tea or coffee in rooms.

The room was comfortable, but noise from the hall made it difficult to relax.

The receptionist were quite nice by changing the room after we had a problem with the tv and offered us a cocktail. Free parking in front of the hotel, bc you need a car anyways to go to the city Day card to go to Sachsentherme included in the price, since you would normally pay 17 euros per person.

First room we got was ok, nothing fancy but confortable, but then we turned on the tv and after some minutes a weird noise started, the tv was broken somehow and then the receptionist offered us to change to the room next door. In the second room, was worse, the toilet was smelling like urine

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Close to mall for forgotten essentials and inexpensive food/snacks.

Far away from city center and restaurants. No pool.

International Chain Hotel!

The hotel do not accept visa card. And you must pay by your card at the front desk! While, if anyone else wants to pay for you, it is impossible! And the hotel charged 3 times of my friend's 3 cards, then tell me, I should hold the card to be charged at the front desk! That's an awful experience! Finally, I have to ask our tour guide to pay for me, which I did not want to do!

The breakfast featured a fantastic buffet with fresh fruits and a variety of breads. The staff was attentive.
